The ideal personality of a potential franchise owner would be someone with a positive attitude and natural leadership, who loves children, is an excellent communicator, and a proficient problem solver. Understanding the value of early education, most candidates will have degrees, if not graduate diplomas. Owner-operated centers are optimum, but semi-absentee or absentee investors have also been successful.
